Buying with Frucall

There are two ways to use Frucall to purchase the products which we have found for you.

Using your phone

To use the BuyNow feature of Frucall, you must have an account and have entered your credit card information. For your own protection, you must also set up a PIN (Personal Identification Number) that will be used to authenticate you when placing an order.

1. To set up your account, just sign up with Frucall. Click here if you haven't signed up yet. It's fast and free!
2. To set up your PIN, sign in and then click on Edit Account. Your PIN is displayed below your address. You can click on the Edit link to change your PIN.
3. To enter your credit card information, click on the Add Card link.

Once everything is set up, you can purchase an item on your phone when you are out shopping. To purchase an item, you need to:

1. Enter a product's barcode, hear the best prices, and press option 2 for BuyNow. Frucall will not allow you to buy used items directly over the phone. If you'd like to order an item in a used condition, Frucall will bookmark the product for you to further review and approve its condition. To review the item's condition before purchasing please sign into your account at www.frucall.com.
2. Once you have chosen which merchant you would like to buy your item from, the voice recording will prompt you to enter your PIN.
3. Once your PIN is accepted the total price (including an estimate of shipping & handling) will be read to you again. When prompted, press 1 to place your order. You will then hear a confirmation that your order was received.
4. You can track your order on www.frucall.com by signing into your account and clicking on the Order Status navigation tab.

Using the BuyNow feature of Frucall is governed by our Terms of Sale

Using this website

When you use Search to find a product, or click on a product name in bookmarks, voiceNotes or search history, you are taken to an Item Detail page which shows you the latest prices for the product and the merchants selling it.

Click on the merchant's name or the price and a new window will open displaying the website that the merchant is using to sell the product. Simply order from that web site — you are dealing with the merchant directly and Frucall is not involved in the transaction in any way.
